This new coffee blend cleverly combines Central American Arabica coffee with fragrant Asian Arabica coffee. The extraction of an espresso gives a balanced body, a full and fragrant aroma with a balanced and harmonious taste and a slightly citrus-like aftertaste.
The coffee is roasted slowly for 15 or 16 minutes and, cooled with air, rests in silos for 2-3 days and then is packaged.
